Don't know if you do dairy or not, but if you do, you can drizzle honey over Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Yuuumm....even better with honey and cinnamon! You could make a dip for plain grilled chicken or pork -- maybe just add a little honey to... (more)

Hey, I am on a new path with paleo, & I am seeing lots of recipes that have raw honey in the ingredients, can I substitute this for organic honey & still remain paleo?

If it is a cooked recipe it doesn't much matter as the honey won't be raw when you are done. I rarely use sweeteners, but if I do it is usually a bit of honey. Buy local honey if you can as some of the cheaper brands are being diluted with non... (more)

Hi all. I know it is a good thing to avoid sugar. Do any of you use raw honey to sweeten foods? Thanks all for your feedback. It would be so fun to have a Paleo convention and meet you all.

I occasionally use a bit of organic maple syrup instead. I seem to tolerate it better. (Lower fructose maybe?)
