What are your vitamin D levels like and how's your vitamin k2 and vitamin A intake? Without either vitamin D or k2 calcium isn't appropriately used in the body and high levels of vitamin A antagonizes calcium's response to vitamin D.

Ray Peat's way of eating makes low carb look like Doody (Well, it is). It's based on improving thyroid and metabolism, not some B.S ideology that we should eat a certain way because our ancestors did. Inb4 butthurt.
As someone who follows a lot of Ray Peat's recommendations, could you please stop trolling. You're not going to get more people to try your approach with these idiotic antics.

he says the gluten is linked to skin problems and is a gut irritant. If you have a really high metabolism and superb digestion he thinks you could get away with eating it moderately.

I get my omega 3's from fish, as I'm worried about the rancidity of fish oil. I also try to keep total pufas as well as n-6 intake low. Perfect health diet advises against fish oil too, you might want to read what they have to say.
