My go-to options are always bone broth, probiotics and fermented foods, and movement/exercise as soon as I'm able. In the moment, I find a heating pad helps with discomfort.

Luckily I'm feeling ok today but was thinking I'd probably do a Black Friday broth fast. I took digestive enzymes with my meal & I guess they helped- I had stuffing, 2 rolls and a piece of gluteny apple pie and didn't get all bloated, yay. (more)

I'm asking another question for my husband... he should prob get his own profile... but for now... He feels like his body isn't recovering from workouts as quickly as it did pre-paleo. What can he do to recover as quickly and fully as possible... (more)

Hi Cee. I recommend that you fast for 18 to 24 hr, except for water to restore hydration. Asian buffet food is usually high in sodium, so you probably don't need extra salt (as in Pedialyte, Propel, etc.). Give your body some time to metabolize... (more)
