Sensitivity to Tannins? Does chocolate set ya off? Cloves, tarragon, cumin, thyme, vanilla, or cinnamon?

the yeast that brew the wine convert the sugar to alcohol and co2. and if done carefully yeast die with no left over sugar. this makes for a very dry wine. oftentimes sugar is added back to sweeten the wine improving the dept of flavor. im 100... (more)

Red should be higher in the potent anti-oxidant Resveratrol, which IMHO is the only thing that could make it worth having it (from a nutritional standpoint, pleasure-wise reasons left aside). I doubt that alcohol may be beneficial looking at it as... (more)
