Been low carb (appr. 25–75 g/day) for about a year. Saw great results in energy and fat loss the first month or so, then things kind of stalled. Then I came across the carb refeed idea which made perfect sense to me, so now I have started to try... (more)

I'm going to be doing a carb re-feed on Saturday, aiming for 200-250 grams carbs and 2100 calories. Last Saturday's re-feed was abysmal, I struggled to get over 125 grams of carbs (I'm below 75 daily) and had trouble being low fat after so many... (more)
