A massive load of dark green leaves works for me. Not sure if it's anti-bacterial/fungal or just alkalising, but it's generally the answer. Carrot juice is good too. And the coconut is a good tip.

Get a hydrogen-methane test for SIBO. It also can be Celiac disease. Any number of inflammatory diseases can cause it.
