I am just one of MANY bloggers listed there who posts weekly menu plans - in my case, including packed lunches - and recipes.
That said - for some quick out-the-door breakfast and lunch ideas:
- Hard boiled eggs - which keep nicely over several days in the fridge
- Guacamole - you can find airtight packs in the produce section at the grocery store. Just make sure no sugar or other stuff added!
- Steamed or butter-sauteed asparagus from the night before - makes good finger food
- Baby carrots
- Sweet potatoes baked the night before - reheat quickly; good option for the very active or someone easing their way to reduced carbs without relying on wheat, sugar, etc.
