having troble lossing weight is there a meal plan i should follow on Paleo?
i have been doing Paleo for over a month and the first few weeks i lost alot of weight now i seam to just be maintaning it, i do cross fit 3-4 times a week as well as netball so i am active but i am wondering if it is due to the amount or what food i eat, Usually breakfast is eaither eggs bacon tomatoe spinach or fruit salad (apple,pear,grapes,peach,nectarine,plums) and i also have a morning snack witch is carrot, piece of fruit on days i don't have fruit salad, nuts or fruit n nut bar. then i have lunch chicken or ham with salad tomatoe,cuccumber,carrot, vegtable soup or left overs such as (zucchini carrot spagetti, rost vegtables n grilled meat). i also have an afternoon snack, then i have dinner.
Any suggestions I am looking at starting Whey proten for my snack or breakfast but other than that i am not sure i have untill feb 9 2013 to reach my goal n need to loss just another 5-10 kgs.
Also i only drink water or green tea and very rearly drink alchol usually it's a glass of wine only on special occasions.
