Hey. I'm strictly on paleo since September and I've already lost about 32 lbs:). I have never been so slim before and I feel AWESOME! I don't have problems with getting up early on morning (as I used to have before), I sleep well (I have never slept good before), I have loads of energy. I train thai boxing, my body is now about 10% of fat. What do you think about my change? Before paleo my weight was about 146 lbs, now it's about 114 lbs. I'm 66.9 inches tall. What do you think? Should I keep my present weight or lose/gain some weight now?
