But specifically more specifically.... I can find stuff the jives with what I feel is healthy/nutritious here in San Diego, but it's always cooked in some sort of crap oil. There is a restaurant out here that is close, called The Linkery which has french fries cooked in tallow, but sadly the rest of their meats and foods are cooked in vegetable oils. Finding grass-fed meats is getting easier... cause it's trending right now, but the industrial oils thing isn't, from what I have seen.
