Grass-fed/finished/free-range roasted meat of any kind.

Free-range egg quiche with a gluten-free crust.

Veggies sauteed in lard or butter.

Kombucha.

If you are doing dairy, then raw milk smoothies & kefir.

Low sugar gluten-free treats.

My fave restaurant with Paleo options is an Afro-Carribean place called Jambo. I LOVE the Jamaican jerk chicken with fried plantains instead of rice and beans.

ETA: Chicken liver paté & fruit-sweetened gelatin (I am not a fan of most offal, but these work for me!)
