My fave restaurant with Paleo options is an Afro-Carribean place called Jambo. I LOVE the Jamaican jerk chicken with fried plantains instead of rice and beans.
ETA: Chicken liver paté & fruit-sweetened gelatin (I am not a fan of most offal, but these work for me!)
