I was so inspired by everyone else's progress that I thought I would share mine. When I started Paleo I was sure that I would never get rid of my belly. It turns out what I thought was Battle Scars from my two pregnancies was actually Wheat Belly. In 5 weeks I have lost 15 pounds with nothing but diet change and 1-2 long walks a week. I feel great and can't wait to see what kind of transformations the future holds.
