You guys are lightweights. ;-) I eat 1 bar most days - that's 80-100g per bar. 85, 88 or 90%. Tee hee. I agree with Nance in that if your body is doing what you want then this is hardly a bad indulgence.

But I'll keep an eye on the goals - if what happened to Michael (body comp issues) happens, then I might have to cold turkey it. I am not a moderation type.
