Like Kelly said, google paleo desserts and you'll be surprised at how many recipes there are out there. With that said I'd like to recommend The Gluten Free Almond Flour Cookbook. I sub out the agave for honey since agave is pure fructose and that messes with my tummy. I made a wicked chocolate cream pie from her book which is also dairy free. Give yourself lots of time since it's all from scratch.

Besides making the pie crust from scratch you can also consider store bought if you're near a Whole Foods. I know they carry gluten free pie crusts but I'm pretty sure they have other types of grain in them and butter. I've never tried them but hear they are delicious and may work depending on your time and goals.

EveryDay Paleo: Berry Good Cobbler

*This recipe online calls for blackberries, but I detest them so I used frozen blueberries. It was divinely delicious and easy to make. If I can make it over to the store this weekend this is what I'll be making for mother's day.

Good luck and have fun!!
