My new results are in:

TC: 204 HDL: 61 LDL: 130 TRIG: 63

Im happy with this, what do you think? I stopped eating so many eggs and cut dairy waaay back (but not completely). Ive stuck with a lot of beef/chicken/fish and white rice/sweet taters as the bulk of my food. (with the occasional homemade cheesecake, sugar free of course)

"Congrats bro. What would you say are your current macronutrient ratios? Did you cut back on all fat as well or did you just cut back on dairy? Increased PUFA, lower SAFA?

A- Thanks, Im not calculating current macros but here is what it is - on training days I eat lean meat, low fat protein sources and simple carbs in the form of white rice/potatoes. On non training days I eat low/no simple carbs and lean meat, sometimes a bit more sat fat, and Ill consume olive oil/coconut oil on those days too (sometimes), it depends on my hunger or whether I am trying to burn off body fat.

How many eggs did you eat a day before? At least 6 daily

Also where were you getting your eggs? - Mix of farm raised and cheap eggs (cholesterol wise, I think they are the same?)
