Ive been eating paleo for 3 months now. Almost gave up at the beginning because it gave me bad stomach cramps and diarrhea for 10 days. I finally went on a one day, saltine and ginger ale diet and was back to normal. However, I've been studying nutrition for years(even teaching classes) and paleo just made so much sense. So I tried again. Now my problem is with bowl movements. I still go everyday but instead of the perfect soft "s" or "c" shape, it is hard marbles. I know that means fiber intake is low. So I'm now taking 7 Fiber Plus (Ortho molecular) supplements a day and no change. Does anyone else have that problem on this diet and how do I get back to where I was?
