I SOMEHOW MANAGED TO CATCH REAL FLU INSTEAD OF CARB FLU!
Cut down to ketogenic levels on the saturday - started to feel a bit achey and foggy on the tuesday - Took Wednesday off work as I was feeling awful (aches,hot,shivering,headache) ended up taking pain killers. I kept on looking online for any other experiences of carb flu this bad. It was only on the friday that I accepted that I did indeed have influenza (Man flu). It took me a week to get back to work.
