Coconut milk, cinnamon and cayenne pepper makes a terrific sauce for pork chops Put bacon grease in hot skillet, When very hot throw pork chop in Cook until it releases naturally (flip and do same with other side) Toss a can of coconut milk (1/3-1/2 can depending on how many pork chops) Toss in spices and a little acv mustard turn heat down, put lid on and simmer for 15 minutes serve with sauteed mushrooms and onions, grilled tomato, sauerkraut What a feast:) Cinnamon is also good on frozen bananas or sweet potatoes with coconut manna:) Yum!
