1) Spirulina/Seaweed -- not that I like it, but it may be the most complete nutrient food available
2) Kate Kale -- I prefer spinach, but again if I can only eat four things
3) Sweet Potato -- not much carbs in teh first two, and we need carbs
4) Chicken -- yes chicken is lower in fat than beef or pig, but chickens also include eggs (see I snuck a 5th in there)
