I put cinnamon in chili sometimes. Not usually, though, because even if I made a huge crock of chili and only put half a teaspoon in, my husband WILL taste it and say it's "too sweet for chili."
I tend to eat dried fruit + nuts for snacks. Sometimes I'm chop 'em all together with some cinnamon in a food processor.
I was going to say coffee as well, but you already addressed that. ;)
