I'd be a world class organic biodynamic farmer with some sexy butchering technique thrown in. So far my farming is limited to some herbs on my urban balcony. I used to work on my grandfather's farm, though and I love nothing more than working outside like that. First step in my five year plan is to move out of the city and start a backyard garden and get a couple chickens. Maybe it'll sprout, so to speak, from there.
