  • A fairly common experience after going grain-free: all tooth plaque has disappeared.

  • Stool quality has improved (let's just say there's not much wiping to do any more), although this can be negated by high fish oil consumption (which I no longer do).

  • Flatulence is diminished and usually odorless.

  • Chronic nighttime sinus congestion is diminished (eliminated, actually, on workout days).
