For me to maintain my 170 lb weight loss I eat meat, eggs,, fats and veggies only in my daily menu. When I need a treat I go to foods that are staples for many but must retain "special" status for me:
- Homemade chocolate truffles (very dark chocolate, cream, butter, stevia)
- Cheese Fruit (baked apples, berries and whipped cream usually)
- Yogurt
- Cottage cheese
- Quinoa
- Spiced or cocoa nuts (homemade)
