HMMM, I wish there were MORE treats beyond dried fruits. for me: dairy free (coconut milk, cashew or almond nut milk) yogurt made at home with slices of bananas or cherry jam (made by my nieghbor) diary free ice cream (coconut milk) with hot runny chocolate and for salty...a nasty dairy treat grated parmeasean cheese spread very thin over a plate, popped in the mircowave for 4 mintues then broken up or sliced gives you wonderful crispy cheese crackers......... a very fat substitute for potatoe chips,pretzels or whatever. I use a pizza cutter and dip the wedges in whatever is handy.
ooh I also make pizza without the crust. Just throw the tomtatoe sauce, oregano, something spicy, and cheese (any kind) on a plate and place under the broiler or in the microwave and dig in with a fork. Who needs the crust anyway?
