Once a week I will do a dessert. Sunday is the day and I am eating it right now!

Toasted Shredded coconut and coconut flour Gelatin Blueberry Jam Blueberries Banana chips (no refined sugar) Mango juice A banana Macadamias Coconut milk Blackstrap molasses (tip from 180 degree health a few days ago. I can did it in the mix)

Mix until a gelatinous glob of yum. All paleo, yes sugartastic but I can swing it.
