Hello all :)
Sex: Male Age: 22 Activity: Low active (two slow 20 minutes walks per day) Height: 5"9' (175 cm) Weight: 55kg (121 lbs)
I have been on a low carb diet for two months (EDIT: not to lose weight but because of a lifestyle change. "Eat no poisons" by Mark Sisson ;) ) and have lost about 5 kg (12 lbs).
My typical daily menu was:
Breakfast:
Whey protein, 30g (1 ounce) Strawberries, 100g (3.5 ounce) Raspberries, 50g (1,7 ounce) Blueberries, 50g (1,7 ounce) Nuts (mix of almonds, hazelnuts and macadamia): 30g (1 ounce)
Lunch:
Broccoli, 150g (5 ounces) Cauliflower, 200g (7 ounces) Lean pork, 200g (7 ounces) Olive oil, 15g (1/2 ounce)
Dinner:
Canned tuna, 100g (3,5 ounces) Salad, endivia, 150g (5 ounces) Olive oil, 15g (1/2 ounce)
Now I have changed breakfast to this:
4 whole eggs 2 or 3 ounces of bacon Half an onion
I cook on lard.
So I'm wondering which food/meals should I introduce to gain some weight and how much of it ? How much butter/heavy cream should I eat per day ?
Thank you for your advice :)
