I used to, but frankly am disappointed with the quality of some of the Q&A's here. I don't understand how some questions - what is our favorite Paleo comic strip, what is our favorite Paleo song or favorite Paleo quote, whether smoking pot is Paleo - have to do with figuring out how to eat and live well and avoid the traps of industrial foods and industrial ways of living. I also find some of the health claims here wild, at least when written with such confidence and surety - telling people with absolute confidence that if they eat a certain way they will surely live a long and healthy life, that every malady from eye pressure to baldness and many others will be cured. Paleo does not heal every ailment.
To me, Paleo is about eating and living in such a way so as to not damage our bodies with industrial food and other hazards. It's true that when we stop putting damaging crap into our bodies they often do amazing things to heal themselves. If I drink arsenic and then stop drinking arsenic, my health will improve. But that doesn't mean if I start drinking Kool-Aid instead of arsenic the Kool-Aid will "heal" me from anything. It means that stopping drinking dangerous crap was bad for me, and now I will improve. Industrial food is, to a lesser extent, poison to our bodies.
I know I will get blasted and downoted - who knows, maybe even banned - for sharing these thoughts, but it just seems to me some of this is veering into downright silliness.
