Do you feel good?

If you don't it might be interesting to track a couple days and see if anything obvious pops up.

If you don't and are eating a variety of natural foods from solid sources with minimal processing, than you are probably doing fine on these and you should only track if you like that sort of thing.

I don't track because I have noticed that when I do I tend to eat the same things a lot more often to make tracking easier.
