I binged on sugary foods AGAIN! I live in my parents house and there is icecream and cookies all over the place. It is so hard when I get stressed or feel a little anxious/depressed. Today I messed up.. but I am getting back on my horse and trying this AGAIN (for the 1000th time).
I wish there was a magical way to stick with this diet for at least a month!
AHH! Once I get my own place I will have NO bad foods in my fridge :(.
Edit: I do notice that since I have started this paleo thing (even though I mess up every week or two) I am WAY more sensitive to these foods. Every time I binge out on the bad foods my day is ruined. No exaggeration. I used to just eat crap all day and I was used to it I guess. Eating bad HURTS!!! haha
