Hi. I have been eating Paloe Paleo for about two weekss, and so far I have lost about 9 pounds. I want to continue to loose lose weight (trying to loose lose about 50 more pounds to reach my goal weight).
I am wondering how much fat I should have? I generally cook my vegetables in coconut oil or olive oil, and if I am steaming them, I will add some butter. I also like to eat peanut butter or almond butter (the good kind with no sugar) but I am not sure how much I should have in a day.
