I have been playing with Paleo for almost two years on and off. Most recently I needed to do this seriously and I challenged my clients to come along for a 30 day challenge.
In my personal challenge I lost just under 5kg starting at 84 ending at 79. My client lost just under 12kg. Amazing. Starting weight was 126kg.
She was strict Paleo for the full 30 days and as her boys have nut allergies, didnt use nuts as a snack. She did not exchange her bad food for paleo-fied foods like paleo muffins or pancakes.
Good luck with your journey! Do it for your health first. The weight loss is almost accidental when your body is given the chance to normalise.
