After 6 months of Paleo - I'd say 80% most of the time, with a couple of 30 day stints of closer to 100%), and I've lost 30kgs (66 bs). This has been coupled with some pretty serious gym training, and two fabulous crossfitter trainers, but the real results have been directly related to my diet - when it's clean, I drop the weight, when it's not so clean, then I don't drop as much.
I started at 132kgs (290lbs), and am currently at 102kgs (224.4lbs) - so I have about the same again to go - but it's not slowing down. Chocolate is my main enemy.. when I have a little bit I want it all the time, but when I'm off it I'm fine... so that's where my will power needs to sit!
My best advice is this - it's not about the food - it's about you - if you make good choices, and are consistent in your training and food then it will absolutely happen!
