I was totally strict paleo with no dairy for one year. I added dairy then and have been on and off dairy for another year. So, kind of two years.

I haven’t lost any weight. Weight-loss was not my goal, though.

I think using paleo as a general guideline for what is edible is a great path toward weight-loss for those looking to lose. Eating paleo food choices will undoubtedly improve your general well-being, digestion, energy level, outlook, mental clarity, etc. Then you can tailor your caloric-intake as you need and you’ll be very able to take bodyfat off.
