I've been mostly paleo since February with the exception of full fat dairy, a few epic cheat meals here and there, and a problematic obsession with tacos. I have also been watching my carbs and trying to keep them under 75g daily. I've been lifting weights using programs from DailyBurn.com and taking some Zumba classes. Despite spraining my ankle a few weeks ago, I've lost 27 lbs. I feel much better -- I used to have sore aching muscles after a workout and my recovery time is basically unnoticeable now, and I have better energy and I'm more consistent and even-tempered, which is good because I have a two-year-old. It's hard to stick with sometimes because I have been a lifetime foodie and had practically a romantic relationship with bread and pasta, but I don't imagine I'll be changing anytime soon. My new obsession is Salsa Verde...
