Me: 14 months, 95% strict lacto-paleo, moderately low carb (70-100g/day) -- I'm 5'7" and lost 25 lbs (185->160 lbs). Been 3 weeks on VLC (<20g/day) and lost another 5 now.

Hubby: 20 months, 95% strict lacto-paleo, low carb (50-80g/day) -- he's 6' and lost almost 50 lbs (245->198 lbs). Ditto a few more pounds in the last few weeks of VLC.

Both of us lost all that weight in the first 8-10 months, but have been stable for the last few months and decided to try VLC for a while. I'm starting Crossfit as well -- I'd like to get strong, and lose a couple more sizes :)

We avoid wheat 100%, but both have continued to enjoy a couple of alcoholic drinks a week, some fruit, very dark chocolate, and very occasional high quality sweet treat.
