I started low carb on May 1st and transitioned into paleo in mid-June after reading Robb Wolf's book. First of July I transitioned away from weighing and measuring my food to the unweighed and unmeasured approach Robb recommends, which made me a little nervous.

I've lost 25lbs in total, with 6 of that coming since the 1st of July (the last 26 days).
