My fiance and I have been loosely paleo (dairy, fruit, wine, chocolate...so, primal?) for almost five full months now. He's 6'4" and has lost 55 lbs, I'm 5'7" and have lost 25 lbs. He does IF almost every day, which is something I have discovered I simply cannot do without a binge later in the day, but I work out more than he does and I have been seeing more muscle tone development (he's still b!tching about his gut, etc.). My goal is to lose another 25, and be at 165 or so, down from 205 in February of this year. It's been a tough process, but he's a wonderful cook and we've had each other's backs all the way.
