This is interesting. The weekends are actually easier for me. I have a desk job and on weekdays, I often want to reach for forbidden foods out of boredom/irritation at bring in an office with no windows/to break the monotony. On weekends, I'm able to occupy myself much better and take my mind off food.

If I'm with friends, I just enjoy being with them and don't think about the food. Ditto what Michael RB said - I eat before going out, and eat well with plenty of fat. If I'm alone, I go for a walk when I have cravings. It helps that I live in a city - I tell myself that I'll allow myself some almonds or whatever treat from the bulk food bin at the organic food store, just over a mile away (I can't keep almonds in the house - I'll eat them all in three seconds flat). By the time I'm halfway through the walk there, I'm enjoying the bwalk walk so much that I don't want the treat any longer.

Then once I pass day 25 or so of the Whole 30, I'm done. The cravings are gone, and I don't have problems with either weekdays or weekends.
