Before: Age 42, 212 lb, not "fat" but starting to establish a middle-aged gut.

Now: Age 43, closing in on 180 lb, looking healthy and fit but with maybe 8-10 more lb to go to get to looking "lean" by paleo standards. Can't see my abs yet but I'm close.

The really interesting part -- to me -- is that I lost 20 of those lb in the first 10 weeks or so of doing this. No "diet plan" ever conceived by modern science (or the modern mass media) works even half as well as eating real food and getting outside for a bit every day. It's really remarkable to realize how simple it is.
