I can't sate my hunger with conventional paleo foods no matter what amount I take in. For example, the dinner I just had consisted of:
46g. spinach, 49g. celery, 88g. cauliflower, 116g. broccoli (all in a salad, tossed with 3tbsp. flaxseed oil) 85g. grassfed sugarless bacon, 218g. grassed beef steak, 62g. wild steamed salmon.
...and I still feel hungry. Maybe my young age and athleticism are the cause. Should I continue eating, or is my body still adapting to this sort of diet after three weeks?
