I believe our bodies and minds are ALWAYS correct in their adaptations to current internal and external stresses. All disease states are simply a physiological adaptive state to the previous and current stresses. To effect our health we must change the STRESSES that have produced this adaptive state rather than attempting to interfere with the bodies appropriate responses to such. There is a small percent of genetic disease that does not conform to this (not genetic "predisposition"....only actual hard wired genetic disease like Down's Syndrome).
This is not paleo per say but is my health paradigm. And eating paleo absolutely is aimed at rectifying dietary stressorstressors. A vital part of the health puzzle.
