My level rose and dipped for the first 4 months, then it crashed, then it shot upward and has remained high for the 2 months since the crash.
I eat one main meal each day: salad, meat/fat/veggies/bone broth, and 1 piece of fruit. I put myself in the IF camp with a 9-2 eating window unless I have a schedule conflict.
If I get hungry later, I usually have a can of sardines or 4-5 pecan halves.
Based on my experience so far, I am either 100% primal or I am a binge eater. Therefore, my occasional cheat days involve having more than one fruit and that works fine.
I eat a little butter and a little whipping cream; my fruit is mostly grapefruit; my meat is usually fried or slow-cooked beef and marrow bones with some uncured bacon and very occasional poultry or fish.
