I am on month 2 of strict paleo. I do not consume grains, processed sugars, dairy. I think my only struggle is finding good sources of protein. I live in the south, 200 miles and 4 states away from the closest Whole Foods, and nowhere near a good organic farm with grass-fed livestock. So, I am still ingesting non-organic vegetables and fruit, and grain fed proteins. My only cheat is 90% cacao dark chocolate, but I do crossfit 4-5 times a week so I think I am okay.

I have found the switch to be amazingly easy. I have no cravings for carbs, never was a drinker so alcohol is no issue.

I am still learning the workings of this new eating lifestyle but my entire family is on board in varying degrees and we all feel amazing!
