I'd say I'm around 80% no grains, no gluten, no dairy, no legumes. My cheats mostly come from alcohol on the weekends, and even then, I drink Vodka distilled with oranges, mineral water with squeeze of lime. (Yes, this is me justifying it :D) I would love to be a dairy eater on Paleo, but I cant find one single dairy product that doesnt make my stomach do this weird gurgly-thingy.
I'm a triathlete so I maintain a high protein version of paleo on the offseason, but a higher carb version of it during the racing season. I just eat more potatoes of all kinds, more fruit, corn, and some white rice. I tried training for a half Ironman this year strict paleo and it just doesnt work well.
