I'm a mental case that went to Paleo for answers, which suprisingly delivered. I'm strict Paleo, no alcohol, and no coffee. Dropping coffee was huge. I used to have really high moods, then terrible depression, then I dropped coffee and I've been consitently fatigued for almost four months straight. It's better then having highs and lows, shows how bad it is that I'm praising being really fatigued all the time.
