-nuts/nut butter

Nuts daily, nut butter never, don't like it.

-dark chocolate

Daily, small pieces of 99% cocoa dark chocolate.

-grain-fed meat

Rarely, can't find it in my area

Almost daily.

-chicken/turkey

A few times a week.

-high sugar fruits (e.g. mangoes, bananas)

Twice a week or so.

-nightshades

Four times a week or so.

-safe starches (e.g. white rice, sweet potatoes)

Almost never. I might have sweet potatoes if I go out to dinner, once a month or so.

-alcohol

Never.

-full-fat dairy

Daily. The question should not be "full fat" or not, in fact full fat is good for you. The question should have been if it's lactose-free or not, and preferably goat-based. So, I eat only lactose-free goat dairy (hard cheeses, home-made probiotic lactose-free yoghurt). From cows I only do butter and lactose-free sour cream. I don't drink animal milk.
