I know I know. I shouldn't have cheated. But I did. And now I'm feeling the effects of my poor decision-making.
Bloating. Stomach Girgles. Lethargy. Sweating. Acne. Tiredness. And all around general discomfort.
Was it worth it? Probably not. Though the 4 beers were delicious.
This is my first cheat and I guess part of me wanted to find out first hand how it feels.
My question is: what's the fastest road to recovery? I don't think I have the control to fast for a day. I'm on an isolated farm where the only real food is leftovers (no leafy greens left).
What should I do??
