I've had a look to see if this question has been asked before and haven't seen it so apologies if I've missed it!
For those of you who are dark chocolate fans - How much of it do you eat per day?
At the moment, I'm eating about 4 squares of the Lindt 85% dark chocolate at approx 10.30am with a cup of tea each morning.
I'm now wondering if this is considered 'too much' to eat per day? How much is considered a healthy amount? Or should we even eat it every day?
I would love to know your thoughts!
