I believe this is what I eat :

  • Vegetables : 1000lbs
  • Coffe, cocoa & nuts : none
  • Fruit : 600-1000 servings, though I only started eating fruits again recently
  • Fats & Oil : 700lbs 100lbs coconut oil (not totally sure) + quite some ghee
  • Red Meat : 300lbs
  • Poultry : none
  • Dairy : None
  • Fish & shellfish : 120lbs
  • Cheese : none
  • Dairy Products : none
  • Flour & cereal products : none
  • Caloric sweeteners : none
