I understand that a question similar to this one had already been asked, but things are a tad different (age, workout level, etc).
I am 24 and have been strict Paleo for about 38 days (no cheats at all). I have been CrossFitting 3/week since the first week of January.
This past week I have not been getting a decent amount of sleep (6-8 hours), because I keep waking up so hot and sweaty! I sleep in very light clothing (if at all haha!) and the temperature is set at 67-68 (which is pretty low for us). I thought that it could be eating too close to bed time, but that isn't the case because I've kind of experimented the last couple of nights to see what the culprit could be. Needless to say, I am still waking up hot and full of sweat. My husband suggested that it could be the quick boost in metabolism but what do you think? Is anybody else experiencing something like this?
UPDATE: Yeah, it was something as silly as my bedroom fan placement. My husband and I rearranged our bedroom, and since moving our fan back to it's original place, things are better! Sometimes I think we think too hard. ;)
